I'll take a wild guess: bomb damage = base damage * MIN(1, target sig/expl. radius) which is very similar to missile formula but without speed part.

While LP payouts for killing players are not that great increasing them could bring some problems. If you take into account insurance payments, bounties, salvage and LP conversion ratios - even small increase in LP payout can make killing own alts...

Subj. is the only one in its kind that has 6% shield amount bonus. Does anybody know why there is no analog in officer modules (of which there are plenty) that focuses on shield amount instead of PG and/or cap regen?
